Packaging Designer; Girls' Brand

We are seeking a Packaging Designer to join a fun and collaborative packaging team supporting a well-established girls brand in the toy industry. This is an exciting opportunity to design innovative, eye-catching, and playful packaging that stands out on shelves and connects with its target audience. Youll contribute to all consumer-facing design initiatives in the packaging department, making a meaningful impact on product perception and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop innovative packaging systems, both structural and graphical
• Conceptualize fresh ideas and translate them into detailed sketches, prototypes, and digital designs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and global partners to ensure consistent brand messaging
• Create and modify packaging dieline templates and PDS
• Prepare high-quality mock-ups, print-ready artwork, and design submissions for internal and licensor approvals
• Review samples, print proofs, and FEPs to ensure quality and accuracy
• Stay updated with current packaging, toy, and consumer product trends to inform design choices
• Participate in team meetings and contribute creative ideas for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Ensure packaging meets brand standards, compliance, and manufacturing guidelines

Our ideal candidate has:

• 3+ years of experience in packaging design, preferably within toys, lifestyle, or consumer goods
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Strong knowledge of print processes, dielines, materials, and production methods
• Experience working with style guides, mockups, and licensor approvals
• Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• A creative mindset with a strong sense of design, color, and trend awareness
• Experience with licensed brands, multilingual abilities, or tradeshow support is a plus

  Croydon area, PA (Hybrid: 4 days onsite / 1 day remote)
• Assignment Length:
  Through December 19, 2025
• Pay Range: $36 $ 40/hour

  Virtual interview + followed by an on-site interview with the team
