Für unsere
ROSSMANN Filiale in Volketswil suchen wir per
01.04.2026 oder nach Vereinbarung eine flexible, verantwortungsvolle und motivierte Persönlichkeit als Assistenz (m/w/d) der Filialleitung mit 100%.
Das Arbeitsverhältnis ist unbefristet.

- Die Unterstützung der Filialleitung bei der Umsetzung unserer Qualitätsstandards und Vertriebskonzepte
- Eine freundliche und kompetente Beratung unserer Kunden
- Die eigenverantwortliche Übernahme von organisatorischen Aufgaben während der Abwesenheit der Filialleitung
- Eine abgeschlossene Lehre im Detailhandel
- Erste Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitern
- Interesse an fachlicher und persönlicher Weiterbildung
- Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse
