What You'll Do as an Architectural CAD Drafter:

• Draft architectural plans based on 30+ standard cabin models, customizing layouts to meet specific customer requests.
• Apply practical problem-solving to translate ideas into accurate, buildable CAD drawings.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and shop teams to ensure every plan is clear, correct, and construction-ready.
• Maintain & update model spec lists to support consistency across projects and teams.
• Help customers visualize their cabin layout by refining floor plans and responding to feedback.
• Visit local partner shops as needed to confirm updates, walk through details, and verify changes.
• Play a key role in moving projects forward—from concept to completed drawings.
• Work full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with overtime available.

Our Ideal Architectural CAD Drafter:

• Experienced: 3-5 years of architectural drafting experience with a strong understanding of residential building codes. Modular construction or field experience is a plus, but not required.
• Tech-savvy: Proficient in AutoCAD; experience with Sketch Up is a plus.
• Detail-driven: Catches minor inconsistencies and produces accurate, build-ready drawings.
• Problem-solver: Thinks ahead, anticipates challenges, and offers practical solutions before issues arise.
• Self-motivated: Stays on task and productive with minimal supervision.
• Ambitious: Looks for opportunities to grow, contribute, and take on new responsibilities.
• Clear Communicator: Shares information efficiently—whether with shop teams, sales reps, or customers.
