We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our growing, patient-focused dermatology practice. • Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for a wide range of skin conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, skin cancers, and cosmetic concerns.
• Perform in-office dermatologic procedures such as skin biopsies, cryotherapy, excisions, and laser treatments.
• Provide preventive care and educate patients on skincare routines, sun protection, and early detection of skin diseases.
• Collaborate with physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and other healthcare staff to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with practice and regulatory standards.
• Stay current with advances in dermatology through ongoing education and professional development.

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution.
• Completion of an accredited dermatology residency program.
• Board Certification or Eligibility in Dermatology.
• Active and unrestricted medical license (or eligibility to obtain) in Pennsylvania and/or Delaware.
• Strong clinical skills with a commitment to patient-centered care.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

• Base Salary: $400,000 annually plus 40–45% of collections
