Training:
Board certified in general otorhinolaryngology, including otology, pediatric, facial plastics, laryngeal and sinus surgery as well as head and neck. May consider board eligible if they have completed ENT residency training within last 3 years.

Caseload Averages: 30-40 patients per day (new, recheck, post op); ASC/ Hospital OR - 2 _ days per week.

Office: 8:30 am to 4:30 pm; ASC/OR varies, day usually starts at 7:30 am; 1/2 day off per week.

E D Call Rotation: 1 : 3.

Guaranteed Salary Range:
True minimum - $350,000 for up to 2 years + benefits. Partnership within two years, minimal buy-in to Clinic and ASC.

Residency/ Fellowship preferences:
University based program in otorhinolaryngology.

Description of Practice environment (number of patient rooms, staff compliment, equipment available): (Clinic) Minor surgery suite, 1 outpatient audiology suite, 3 operating microscopes, rigid and flexible endoscopic (sinus and laryngeal), video laryngoscope, 8 patient rooms, with ENT chair/ SMR units, staff of seven including Physician Assistant (PA-C), one audiologist, two nurses, two medical assistants and one receptionist.

Description of ASC environment (as it applies to your specialty): 2 General Anesthesia OR's, stereotactic image guided system, full instrumentation, 22 pre/post patient bed areas w/2 private rooms, 12,000 square foot facility opened June 2004, ENT trained surgical technician, full OR staffing, MRI, CT, C-arm, 2 Minor procedure rooms. Located next to main Clinic building. ASC/Endo Center owned by Clinic physicians.

Description of Hospital environment (as it applies to your specialty): 10 inpatient OR's, stereotactic CT for sinus surgery, MRI and CT scan.
