Position Highlights:

• General urology opportunity with immediate patient volume and OR access

• 18 dedicated advanced practice providers (APPs) supporting physicians

• Robotics experience preferred but not required

• Call is shared, typically 1:7 or 1:8, but varies by call pod

• Dedicated clinical assistant for triage and surgery scheduling; MAs shared at each office

• EMR system designed specifically for urology workflows

• Access to Da Vinci robotics (inpatient and outpatient), holmium laser, and fusion prostate biopsy

• Group open to investing in new technologies and procedures

• Subspecialty support in oncology, female pelvic medicine, and andrology

• Transition to productivity-based compensation model after initial period. Partnership track available, based on productivity
