Well Span Medical Group (WMG) is seeking a full-time  
** _Internist_
* * for their Dover practice in suburban/rural York County. Individual must be a graduate of an accredited school of medicine with Doctor of Medicine degree plus completion of a medical residency training program in Internal Medicine. He or she must also be Board Certified/Board Eligible.

** Position Highlights:*
* + Join a collegial team within an outpatient primary care setting

+ 3 physicians and 1 nurse practitioner

+ Long-term staff with low turnover

+ Great hours:
Mon 10a-7p, Tues 8a - 5p and Fri 8a - 3p

+ Practice is a Top 10 Recommended Practice via Press-Ganey survey

+ Providers Quality numbers are consistently above the medical group goal

+ Patient population: mix of young, middle-aged adults and seniors

+ Well Span now utilizes  
** DAX - Dragon Ambient experience.
** DAX is an artificial intelligence scribe that ambiently listens to the patient visit and generates a clinical note into the EPIC EHR for the provider
