LVHN is seeking a collaborative physician to join an experienced physician and nurse practitioner team in an established practice dedicated to the small-town community of Frackville, Pennsylvania. This family medicine practice is part of a health center which also includes laboratory services and is 10 miles from Lehigh Valley Hospital–Schuykill. Frackville, PA is located right off of Interstate 81, approximately 1 hour from Harrisburg and 25 minutes from Hazleton.

Qualifications
- Must be Board Eligible or Board Certified
