Employment Type: Full-Time

• Outpatient clinical practice with additional responsibilities in resident precepting and administrative duties, including newborn nursery coverage.
• Engaged in all aspects of resident education: mentoring, evaluation, career guidance, wellness support, lectures, workshops, and scholarly activity supervision.
• Opportunity to contribute to curriculum development, with a focus on enhancing procedures training.
• Eligible for academic appointments at Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University, Sidney Kimmel Medical College at Thomas Jefferson University, and Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM), with institutional support for the application process.
• Collaborative environment with a team of 7 core faculty, additional specialists, and 18 residents across a 3-year program.
• Access to robust faculty development programs through Main Line Health’s Graduate Medical Education offerings.

This is an excellent opportunity for a physician educator who is passionate about clinical practice, resident development, and advancing the mission of family medicine education in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

• Outpatient clinical practice with involvement in resident education and newborn nursery coverage.
• Participation in resident mentoring, evaluation, and career guidance; wellness support, lectures, workshops, and supervision of scholarly activity.
• Contribute to curriculum development, especially in procedures training.
• Collaborate with a team of faculty and residents to deliver high-quality family medicine education.

• MD or DO from an accredited institution
• Board Certified in Family Medicine
• Valid Pennsylvania medical license (or eligibility)
• DEA license and ACLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience preferred
• Demonstrated interest in medical education, curriculum development, and scholarly activity encouraged
