The facility operates as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) delivering outpatient primary care services to a diverse patient population of all ages. The clinic maintains structured clinical workflows and established protocols consistent with FQHC standards to support consistent and coordinated care delivery. A full complement of on-site support staff is available to facilitate daily clinical operations.

The area offers clinicians on assignment a range of entertainment, outdoor, and cultural activities suited to varied interests. Attractions include a theme park featuring over 70 rides and a water park, a chocolate heritage museum, botanical gardens, a zoo, and an automotive museum. Additional options include golf courses, vineyards, live entertainment venues, food and history tours, and proximity to destinations such as a state capital, a Civil War battlefield site, and an Amish country region, providing diverse options during time away from the assignment.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages at an on-site Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), working Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on a day shift schedule. The expected caseload is 16-22 patients per day, with clinical responsibilities encompassing the evaluation and management of primary care conditions across all age groups. Prescriptive authority is required for this assignment, and no call coverage is required.
