Anesthesiologist

Active hospital operating rooms in Langhorne, Pennsylvania are seeking a locum tenens Anesthesiologist for ongoing coverage starting in October. The clinician will provide anesthesia services during day shifts across three cross-credentialed operating room facilities. This PRN role involves managing a diverse surgical case mix while operating within a physician supervision model.

• Active hospital operating rooms cross-credentialed across three sites in Langhorne, Pennsylvania
• Physician supervision model with CRNAs, featuring 75% hands-on MD delivery
• Surgical case mix includes general, bread and butter, orthopedic, endoscopy, ENT, OB/GYN C-sections, and vascular procedures, with optional pediatric cases and excluded transplant and neonatal cases
• Documentation managed through the EPIC EMR system
• On-site location type with varying caseloads

Responsibilities

• Provide locum tenens anesthesia services on a PRN basis during day shifts
• Manage surgical cases including general, bread and butter, orthopedic, endoscopy, ENT, OB/GYN C-sections, and vascular procedures
• Handle optional pediatric cases
• Complete documentation through the EPIC EMR system
• Participate in a physician supervision model with CRNAs
