* Schedule:

Alternating weekly — 1 week inpatient / 1 week outpatient; call 1 in 3; once monthly dialysis alternate compensation note
* 3-year partnership track — private practice with alternating inpatient/outpatient weekly schedule
* Setting:
Inpatient and outpatient — average 15 patients per day in office; 15–20 per day in hospital## Practice Overview Seeking a BC/BE Nephrologist to join a well-structured private practice on Philadelphia's growing suburban corridor:
* Alternating weekly schedule — 1 week in hospital, 1 week in office
* 1 NP covering dialysis patients
* Part-time physicians covering weekends and weekday emergencies
