The physician must be independent and willing to travel between local facilities to provide direct patient care in long-term care and skilled rehabilitation settings.
We offer a salary range of $200,000-$280,000 annually plus comprehensive benefits; MD or DO, board cert/eligible, active license, and DEA are required, with geriatrics experience preferred.
