Four Forest is seeking an enthusiastic, reliable, and well‑organised ASC Leader to run our after‑school care programme for children aged 3 to Grade
6. This is an important role supporting our school community by providing a safe, engaging, and structured environment for children at the end of the school day.

• Lead and manage the daily ASC programme (Mon–Fri).
• Supervise a small team of ASC staff and support smooth daily operations.
• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities, games, and routines.
• Ensure safe transitions between ASC and extracurricular clubs.
• Provide caring, attentive supervision for all children.
• Communicate with parents at pick‑up and maintain accurate records.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and the Activities & Operations Coordinator.

• Experience working with children in a school, childcare, or similar setting.
• Fluency in German with knowledge of English an advantage.
• Relevant childcare qualifications (an advantage).
• Strong organisational and leadership skills.
• Warm, proactive, team‑oriented approach.
• Confident communicator with children, staff, and parents.
• Committed to safeguarding and child wellbeing.
