This flexible ’25-’26 position allows you to serve as an In-Home Special Education Teacher and directly apply your expertise to transform a young life right in their own home!

• Deliver customized Special Education instruction that aligns with the student’s Individualized Education Program (IEP) and First Grade curriculum criteria in the student’s home environment.
• Develop engaging and individualized lesson plans across core subjects (e.g., Reading, Math, Writing) to meet the specific learning needs of a 1st-grade student.
• Establish and maintain flexible weekly teaching hours in collaboration with the student’s family.
• Monitor student progress through formal and informal assessments, providing regular feedback to parents/guardians.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Valid Pennsylvania Teaching Certification
• Proven experience teaching at the elementary or primary grade level, preferably at the 1st Grade level
• Ability to structure and manage an effective learning environment in a non-traditional, in-home setting

• Top Compensation:
  Earn $40.30 – $52.60 Per Hour, based on your experience and qualifications as a Special Education Teacher, with weekly pay and opportunities for bonuses and incentives.
