Monday-Friday, 3:00-5:00 PM

Colonial Middle School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Head Track Coach to lead the middle school track program. The ideal candidate will promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and student growth while fostering a positive, inclusive, and competitive environment.

• Plan and supervise daily practices and meets (Monday–Friday, 3:00–5:00 PM).
• Develop training plans that emphasize skill development, endurance, and safe technique across all track and field events.
• Foster a culture of respect, effort, and accountability among student-athletes.
• Collaborate with assistant coaches, athletic administration, and teachers to support academic and athletic success.
• Ensure compliance with school, district, and PIAA athletic policies.
• Manage team rosters, equipment, and meet logistics.

• Prior coaching experience preferred (track & field experience strongly encouraged).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to positive youth development and sportsmanship.
• Current clearances and coaching certifications as required by the Colonial School District and PIAA.

Per district extra-duty contract
