Elementary School Counselor – Catapult Learning (in partnership with Specialized Education Services, Inc.) – located in Holland, PA.

Catapult Learning, a division of Full Bloom, provides intervention programs and professional development solutions for K‑12 schools. We partner with over 500 school districts to promote academic and professional growth. Catapult Learning is accredited by Cognia and received the 2022 System of Distinction honor.

Salary: $1,403.01 bi‑weekly (starting from $33.40/hr).

Schedule:

Part‑time, 21 hours/week.

• Positively impact students’ educational, behavioral, social, and emotional well‑being.
• Nurture student potential through personalized, small‑group, and classroom counseling (academic, emotional, behavioral, or developmental needs).
• Conduct learning assessments to identify strengths and growth areas, and make referrals as needed.
• Empower parents and school staff by connecting them with community resources that match student needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely paperwork and ensure compliance with filing requirements.
• Stay current with guidance and counseling trends to continually enhance student support.
• Adhere to the Counseling Policy Manual, funding guidelines, and school procedures, fostering trust and reliability.

• Master’s degree in counseling or a related field.
• Experience working with elementary‑school students (desired).
• PA Elementary Certified School Counselor Certification.
