• Ability to obtain the necessary clearances to work in a school.

• Support a safe learning environment by monitoring hallways and common areas.
• Help de‑escalate student conflicts under the guidance of experienced supervisors.
• Work closely with school administrators and counselors.
• Document incidents and contribute to school safety planning.
