• Provide specialized instruction and developmental support to young learners with disabilities, adapting activities and lessons to meet individual learning and developmental needs.
• Develop and implement individualized educational goals and instructional strategies based on each child’s strengths, needs, and progress.
• Monitor and document student progress, adjusting instruction and interventions to support academic, behavioral, social, and developmental growth.
• Collaborate with families, related service providers, and educational team members to promote consistent support and positive outcomes for each child.

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or a related field
• Valid Pennsylvania Special Education Certification (PK–12 or PK–8)
• Previous experience working with young children in special education or early intervention required
