Instructional Assistant - Special Education

Starting Date: Immediately

SUMMARY:

Assist the teacher by monitoring and assisting special education students in the classroom and during other activities to ensure a provision of quality instruction during the daily program. We are seeking kind, compassionate, caring staff who believe that all students can succeed when given proper supports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Required

High School Diploma and the ability to pass a skills-based test as required by PA Department of Education

Preferred

Associates or Bachelor's degree

Experience with Special Education

Experience with elementary aged children

Experience with and knowledge of Autism and Autistic Support programs
