Susquehanna University is seeking a part-time Student Success Assistant to support grant-funded SSS programs. You will meet with students for coaching, help them set goals, and connect them with campus resources. You will also document interactions and assist with program outreach and events.
The role is a temporary grant-funded position (~12 hours/week) with occasional evenings or weekends, non-exempt under FLSA. Prioritize FERPA compliance and student confidentiality.
