Freshman Admissions Counselor

Robert Morris University is hiring a Freshman Admissions Counselor. The role manages undergraduate recruitment within a designated geographic territory, including high school visits and college fairs. The counselor reviews applications, evaluates credentials, and counsels prospective students and families on admissions and financial aid options.

• Manage undergraduate recruitment within a designated geographic territory, including high school visits and college fairs.
• Review admission applications, evaluate credentials, and make admission decisions.
• Counsel prospective students and families on admissions and financial aid processes.
• Explain admissions policies and procedures to students, parents, and school counselors via calls, emails, and appointments.
• Support on- and off-campus recruiting events and student visit programs.
• Use Slate and Banner systems to manage correspondence and scheduling with prospective students.
• Travel regularly, including evenings and weekends, and hold a valid PA driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Bachelor's degree required, with admissions or enrollment management experience preferred.
