- Review Vehicle Inspections
- Secure Parts Required for Repairs
- Assist Customers as Needed
- Manage Parts Inventory
- Drive Company and Store Processes
- Ensure Work Quality and Integrity
- Support Manager in All Operations
- Willing and able to travel to other Flynn's locations in the Region: ex. Carnegie, North Hills, Bellevue, etc.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices
- Knowledge of consumer tire products and services
- Understanding of mechanical service needs and guidelines for state inspections, etc.
- Valid driver's license, acceptable MVR and pre-employment testing
