MEP Engineer

Holder Construction, an Atlanta-based commercial construction company with operations throughout the United States, is seeking a highly motivated MEP Engineer to join our team in Shippingport, PA.

• Communication with electrical/mechanical equipment vendors, electrical/mechanical design engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
• Purchasing electrical/mechanical equipment, coordinating submittals, assisting with electrical/mechanical cost estimates, and coordinating drawings.
• Common projects include large-scale mission-critical facilities (e.g., data centers) and office buildings.

• 2+ years of commercial construction experience with large, sophisticated mechanical and electrical systems.
• Extensive experience managing the construction of data centers and complex electrical and mechanical infrastructure projects.
• Experience in developing project scopes and schedules, coordinating change orders and RFIs, managing and tracking project budgets, and cost control.
• Strong experience managing relationships with owners representatives, architects, engineers, and clients while supervising subcontractors and vendors.
