KVERTUS, a leading Ukrainian developer and manufacturer of electronic warfare systems, is seeking an experienced Microwave (MW) Equipment Technician to work with high‑precision radio‑electronic devices. The primary responsibility is to calibrate and optimize MW systems to ensure stability and high product quality.

• Calibration and tuning of microwave devices (uplink‑downlink conversion).
• Working with measuring instruments (spectrum analyzer, panoramic analyzer, oscilloscope, power meter, etc.).
• Quality control of MW components and modules.
• Identifying and troubleshooting malfunctions during assembly and calibration stages.
• Collaborating with the engineering department to optimize processes and enhance equipment quality.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MW equipment calibration.
• Solid understanding of microwave principles and operation of MW measurement tools (e.g. spectrum analyzers, signal generators, voltmeters).
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and documentation.
• Higher technical education in radio electronics, microelectronics, or radio engineering.
• Strong attention to detail, team player, and sense of responsibility.
