Test & Balance Field Engineer for the commercial HVAC industry to service the Philadelphia/Upper Darby area with periodic national outreach. We perform HVAC balancing for our clients, large and small, throughout the United States. Our technicians perform the certified testing, adjusting, and balancing of specialized heating, cooling, ventilation, and heat transfer systems in new commercial retail, design-build, and public projects. We provide all necessary equipment, extensive training, and ongoing support to our technicians, enabling them to provide the high standard of test and balancing services our customers rely on.
All new associates will be based in the Philadelphia area with some opportunity to travel the USA in a wide and varied number of settings.
- Engineering degree or Mechanical Engineering Technology (MET) (or similar) preferred.
- Excellent math, mechanical, and communication skills.
- Efficient computer skills.
- Willingness to travel Monday–Thursday (4-day work week) an average 1-2 weeks per month.

Recent graduates from engineering technology programs (or similar programs) start with a base hourly rate with opportunity to earn additional quarterly bonuses & continuous growth. Candidates with experience have an opportunity for higher starting compensation.
