Responsibilities include leading projects for mission-critical equipment, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring technical accuracy, and delivering solutions that meet client needs and industry standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EE, ME, or equivalent practical experience).
• At least 4 (four) years of relevant control systems mission critical / data center industry experience.
• PE Licensure preferred or willingness to obtain with company support.
• Expertise in Technical Management Systems and Engineering standards.
• Proficient in monitoring project performance against technical, cost, and schedule benchmarks.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, codes, and safety protocols.
• Hands-on experience with mission-critical equipment, such as generators, switch gear, UPS, PDU, RRP.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in high-pressure environments and adapt rapidly to new technologies.
• Exceptional communication skills for conveying technical concepts effectively.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, if necessary.
• Capable of performing physical tasks and working in demanding environments.
