**** The Opportunity

You’ll have the opportunity to improve existing manufacturing processes and lead innovative development projects, with a particular focus on automation and metal joining technologies.
** How you’ll make an impact
*** Improve the capability and quality of bonding and welding processes, by applying data analysis tools and designed experiments
* Analyze production data to optimize performance, identify long-term trends, and prevent potential failures
* Work on new automated production systems, improving production capacity and quality
* Support troubleshooting and root cause analysis to maintain and improve production throughput
* Collaborate to new product development by shaping the production process landscape and enabling volume manufacturing
** Your background
*** A master’s degree in industrial, mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineering, or a related field
* Several years of experience in an automated production environment, ideally within the semiconductor industry
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a quality-focused mindset, and a proactive, hands-on approach
* Familiarity with DoE, data analysis, Six Sigma methodologies, and production statistics is a plus
