Join Kornelis Networks as a Manufacturing Test Engineer. We build high‑performance networking solutions for AI and HPC datacenters, integrating hardware, software and systems to deliver maximum efficiency for GPU, CPU, and accelerator clusters.
Responsibilities- Develop, document and maintain functional test processes for contract manufacturers, including test fixture design and deployment.
- Train manufacturing personnel and contract manufacturer technical groups on test procedures.
- Diagnose, analyze and resolve production test failures, including rework, repair and RMA processing.
- Act as the liaison between Engineering and Manufacturing to enable smooth New Product Introduction transitions from prototype to full production.
- Apply change controls, ECO updates and ensure all test stations use current production releases.
- Assist in engineering release support, providing updated test and failure analysis data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
- 5+ years of manufacturing or test engineering experience, with proven functional test station setup.
- Proficient in Bash, Linux, Python, and C/C++; scripting expertise in VB, Tera Term, Cygwin.
- Experience with PLM systems (product structure, BOMs, AVL, compliance attributes).
- Strong electronic troubleshooting skills; familiarity with I2C, SPI, USB, Ethernet, PCIe and other high‑speed protocols.
- Hands‑on experience with measurement tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, voltmeters).
- Knowledge of PCB assembly processing and SMT reworking methods.
- Capability to read schematics, engineering drawings and CAD files.
- Experience with FPGAs and other programmable components.
- Ability to read and edit FHD systems, ICT development preferred.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
This role is based on‑site at the Chesterbrook Corporate Center, Wayne, PA. Candidates must reside within a reasonable commuting distance.
