Production & Automation Engineer

For the SCM & Operations department, we are looking for a strong implementer who will support us in introducing intelligent
material flow/production concepts
,
industrializing and ramping up new products, and
automating manufacturing processes.

• Hands‑on support in the introduction of new products and the development of suitable production concepts.
• Monitoring product changes and providing support in the event of quality deviations.
• Implementing lean transformations and automation projects in various manufacturing areas (mechanical processing, welding, electronics, engine construction, preliminary and final assembly).
• Enthusing colleagues for implementation and providing practical support on the shop floor.
• Collaborating on the introduction of SAP S/4
  
  HANA and the further development of our KPI systems.

• Completed basic mechanical/electrical training with further education at HF or FH level.
• Strong hands‑on mentality and strong analytical skills; programming skills are an advantage.
• Ability to engage and inspire employees from different departments and levels.
• Networked thinking and a deep understanding of end‑to‑end business processes.
• Initial experience in the areas of work preparation, automation, and digitalization is a major advantage.
• Very good English skills.
