As a Design Engineer / Screw Piles at Ideal Corp, you’ll be instrumental in delivering industry-leading geotechnical and screw pile design solutions. Your engineering judgement, technical expertise, and commitment to excellence will directly support our growth, strengthen our in-house capabilities, and enhance our operational performance. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams – Engineering, Operations, Drilling, Fabrication, Lab, and Field – to deliver efficient, compliant, and innovative solutions.

This role offers autonomy, trust, and strong leadership support as you help shape the future of Ideal Corp’s engineering division.

• Minimum 3–5+ years in foundation, geotechnical, structural, or screw pile engineering.
• Strong capability in design calculations, geotechnical interpretation, and developing practical engineering solutions.
• Experience delivering or supporting deep foundation and screw pile projects.
• Proven ability to support or lead teams across engineering, operations, or construction delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering.
• NER and RPEQ registered or actively progressing toward accreditation.
• CPEng highly regarded.

• Extensive knowledge of soil behaviour, geotechnical design principles, and screw pile systems.
• Ability to interpret geotechnical data, lab results, and field logs.
• Strong analytical reasoning, structural understanding, and real‑world engineering judgement.
• Proficiency with engineering software and modelling tools.
• Excellent report writing, documentation management, and technical communication skills.
• Clear and confident communication with clients, drillers, operators, and internal teams.
