Seeking a Technical Manager to lead engineering operations at a manufacturing facility specializing in advanced composite materials. This role combines hands‑on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities to ensure efficient production, continuous improvement, and innovation in material formulations and processes.

• Oversee daily engineering activities, including process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and professional development.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop and implement new composite formulations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Manage technical projects from concept through implementation, meeting cost and timeline objectives.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Materials preferred); advanced degree a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of composite materials and molding processes (SMC experience preferred).
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
