We are supporting a major heavy manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and capital projects. This company has a long-established footprint in the manufacturing sector and continues to invest in modernization, advanced technologies, and workforce development. Salary Range

$100,000–$150,000 + Annual Bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute industrial and capital projects within a heavy manufacturing environment
  • Build and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Oversee project scope, resources, budgets, and timelines to align with organizational goals
  • Lead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and external contractors
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholders
  • Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare and deliver project documentation, reporting, and closeout summaries
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience within heavy manufacturing or industrial environments
  • Proficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is required
  • Strong background in capital project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and resource management
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in union or non-union environments
