Project Leader

Axetris AG, based in central Switzerland, is a leading company for micro-optical components and MEMS-based gas detectors. Its expertise enables customized customer solutions from prototype to series production. It is part of the Leister Group, which has over 900 employees and 130 sales partners.

For our team in the R&D Sensor Development department, we are looking for a technically skilled and experienced individual as Project Leader for the development of innovative, laser-based gas sensors.

• Lead and implement development projects for new product platforms and product variants
• Planning, requirements management, schedule and cost control, risk assessment
• Coaching of development engineers
• Project monitoring, reporting, documentation, and conformity assessment
• Participation in the production of functional samples, prototypes, and pilot series
• Close collaboration with product management, purchasing, and production

• B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Microengineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics
• Proven industrial experience in sensor development and manufacturing as well as in project management
• Excellent German and English skills
• Solution-oriented, entrepreneurial, and assertive personality with an analytical and structured approach to work
