Supplier Quality Engineer 100%

In the Industrial X-Ray Modules (IXM) division, we provide safer, more economical and breakthrough solutions for non‑destructive testing and security applications through the pioneering development of intelligent industrial X‑ray technologies.

• Create and manage Non‑Conformity Reports, driving corrective actions together with Purchasing
• Analyze quality metrics and derive sustainable improvement initiatives
• Carry out supplier audits (world‑wide)
• Evaluate and continuously develop suppliers based on quality criteria, KPIs, and audit findings
• Support PPAP and FAI approvals for new suppliers and materials
• Collaborate closely with Purchasing, R&D, Production, and Quality Control

• Technical or scientific background with drive to proactively move things forward
• Strong expertise in quality tools such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, SPC, or FMEA
• Several years of experience in Supplier Quality Management, ideally in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable industrial environment
• Structured, analytical working style, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and strong affinity for data management and analysis (Excel, Power

• Fluent English and good German required
• Willingness to travel (10‑20%)
