Location: Indiana
Site Manufacturing Maintenance Professional
Position Title: Site Maintenance Engineer - Assembly
Main Tasks:
- Planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance.
- Responding to emergencies.
- Diagnosing faults.
- Repairing equipment and testing repairs.
- Supervising contractors, engineering and technical staff.
- Ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings.
- Creating maintenance procedures.
- Managing stocks of supplies and equipment.
- Keeping records of faults and repairs.
- Awareness of all MTTF/MTTR techniques.
- Maintaining a high level of maintenance and cleanliness in the assembly area.
- Leading the assembly maintenance team.
- Maintaining 5’s on shop floor.
- Handling audits such as IATF, ISO, and customer-specific audits; proficient in data management using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

- Flexibility in shift work.
Experience: Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Assembly Maintenance.
Qualification: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering.
Location: Badhalwadi, Pune.
