This role involves close interaction with customers and optimizing designs for manufacturability. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience in cable assembly and connector design. Strong skills in Solid Works and FEA simulation software are preferred.
