• Understand primary types of customer complaints
• Assist in containment and determination of root cause for customer product satisfaction gaps
• Work with QE’s in determining root cause for returned product
• Participate in cross-functional teams investigating issues
• Support product development and reverse engineering functions
• Support local site quality and operations
• Help to implement controls to prevent reoccurrence on nonconformances

• Capable to learn how to perform product qualification testing
• Ability to learn to use inspection tools and test equipment
• Automotive product experience is a bonus Ability to interpret Procedures and Work Instructions
• Computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly MS Excel

• Actively pursuing a technical degree in an engineering-related discipline

The US base rate for this full-time position is $22/hr the actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge and skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal pay equity. Compensation decisions are made based on the specific facts and circumstances of each role and candidate.
