We are seeking a Field Engineer to provide technical support to customers and sales teams throughout the NYC, New Jersey, and Philadelphia territories. This role involves developing fluid-handling solutions, recommending products, identifying sales opportunities, and creating technical drawings and bills of materials (BOMs) to meet customer needs. Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of targeted products and services.
- Act as technical representative in support of existing installations and product returns.
- Perform evaluations of customer fluid systems to identify areas of improvement, drive plant efficiencies, and offer possible solutions via formal reports.
- Troubleshoot customer equipment and provide technical support, maintenance guidance, product training, and application solutions.
- Recommend appropriate products for customer applications, develop fabrication opportunities, and create bills of materials (BOMs) and P&.
- Deliver technical product presentations, collaborate with sales and engineering teams, and identify opportunities to improve products, services, and business growth. Requirements:
- Must have bachelor"s Degree in Engineering or equivalent technical degree program/industry experience - Must have ability to interpret and understand customer applications to develop P& fluid schematics.
- Must possess skills to solve complex problems and complete projects using problem solving methods to make sound engineering decisions.
- Must have ability to identify and assess new opportunities for the SSC, and work with customers as part of the sales or services process.
