We are seeking a skilled 2D Animator to join our creative team and bring life to our mobile game experiences. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in animation principles, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging animation that enhances gameplay and storytelling. You’ll work closely with artists, designers, and engineers to craft high‑quality animations for characters, UI, and in‑game effects that align with the overall visual direction of the project.

The role requires both artistic sensibility and technical understanding to ensure smooth performance and visual impact across mobile platforms.

• Create high‑quality 2D animations for characters, UI, and visual effects using strong animation principles.
• Collaborate with the art and design teams to define and implement the look and feel of animation in the game.
• Prepare and organize animation‑ready assets in Photoshop or equivalent software.
• Work closely with developers and technical artists to ensure animations integrate seamlessly into the game.
• Optimize animations for performance while maintaining visual quality and consistency.
• Contribute creative ideas to enhance visual storytelling and player engagement.
• Participate in reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure consistent animation quality.
• Maintain clear file organization and follow established workflows to support collaboration across disciplines.

• 4–6 years of professional experience in 2D animation for games, preferably mobile or casual titles.
• Strong understanding of animation fundamentals
  —timing, spacing, anticipation, squash and stretch, and appeal.
• Proficiency in Spine
  , After Effects
  , or Toon Boom Harmony
  .
• Strong working knowledge of Photoshop and 2D asset preparation for animation.
• Solid communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working with production timelines.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating expressive 2D animation and a strong sense of motion design.
• A genuine passion for games and creating visually compelling player experiences.
• Experience integrating or testing animations within Unity or other game engines.
• Familiarity with particle systems or secondary animation techniques.
• Experience contributing to the development of animation tools or pipelines.
