Responsibilities
  • Verifying jackpots and filling out paperwork
  • Responsible for customer relations.
  • Performing minor repair to slot machines
  • Handles customer relations and minor customer disputes
  • Ensures the safety and security of all guests and employees
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Use of screwdriver, hand-held radio, and other slot related supplies
Requirements
  • PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Walking/Standing 65%
  • Bending/Lifting 30% (up to 75 lbs.) - Sitting 5%
  • EDUCATiONAL REQUiREMENTS
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
  • Six months experience in slot field preferred.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain valid gaming licenses as determined by the Mississippi Gaming Commission for the position.
  • KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Knowledgeable of basic slot machine functions.
  • Ability to read simple instructions.
  • Ability to do some troubleshooting.
  • Ability to complete slot-related paperwork with a minimum of errors.
  • Knowledge of gaming laws and regulations.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures in an interruptive environment.
  • Ability to do assigned job duties in an interruptive environment under frequent time pressures.
