Do you have the magic (and maybe a love for snacks or LEGO sets)? 😄 At LEGOLAND Discovery Center Philadelphia, we’re all about creating joy—through laughter, connection, and a little bit of LEGO magic! We’re looking for fun-loving, energetic, and outgoing individuals to join our Food & Beverage and Retail Team as part-time Guest Experience Hosts. Whether you’re serving up delicious treats, helping families find their next favorite LEGO set, or spreading smiles in the café or shop, you’ll play a key role in making every visit unforgettable.

• 🍿 Serve up happiness! Prepare and serve food and drinks with a smile while keeping things clean, safe, and fun.
• 🛍️ Bring the magic to retail! Help guests find the perfect LEGO souvenirs, share product knowledge, and make their shopping experience a blast.
• 😄 Create awesome guest experiences. Engage with kids and families to make sure everyone leaves with big smiles (and maybe a few extra bricks).
• 💪 Keep it smooth. Restock shelves, manage lines safely, and keep your workspace tidy and ready for action.
• 🧱 Be part of the team! Support your fellow Hosts, follow opening and closing procedures, and bring great energy every shift.

• 6 months – 1 year experience working in attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
• Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
• Excellent communication, listening, and motivational skills.
• Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
