As an Entertainment Technician, you’ll be behind the scenes helping power the spectacle, from lighting and sound to props and special effects, ensuring each performance delivers a truly unforgettable guest experience.

$39.26 / Per Hour

• Support and uphold the artistic vision of the talent or artist, in line with MGM Resorts and department guidelines
• Maintain professional relationships with MGM Resorts team members, resident show partners, and visiting talent
• Perform theatre maintenance, inspections, and repairs as assigned and approved
• Run cue tracks, including audio, electronics, fly system, follow spot, lighting, carpentry, and props
• Set up and tear down special events as needed

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Three (3) years of previous experience working a live show, technical theatre, and/or a showroom in a college or resort setting required
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
