Responsibilities- Responsible for maintaining close surveillance on all casino table games, service center, slots, and other activities via electronic monitoring systems, observing both guest and employee activity to maintain integrity of games and company assets. Responsible for utilize necessary equipment to identify, record, document, and report illegal and unusual activities to the appropriate authorities. Ensures guests enjoy a positive gaming experience due.
Other duties as assigned
- EQUIPMENT/TECHNICAL Knowledgeable in the operation of Surveillance equipment.
- WORK AREA 24/7 high energy casino environment. Exposed to loud noise, smoke, alcohol, bright lights, wet areas, and temperatures that vary. Use of stairs, elevator, and escalator.
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Sitting 85% Bending 5% (from waist) Walking 10%
- EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Zero to one-year experience in Law enforcement, casino surveillance or table games experience is preferred. Required to obtain a Mississippi Gaming Permit.
- KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES Ability to read, follow instructions, and understand visual aids. Knowledge of casino games, video cameras/monitors, and alarm system is preferred. Knowledge of safety guidelines.
