Your tasks
Do you have the ambition and the motivation to be the first contact person for our guests of the Online Casino and to offer a first‑class guest service? Do you appreciate the shift work? As Customer Support Specialist, you are the first contact for players and other stakeholders. They ensure first‑class and independent support and support players in all matters, react quickly and customer‑oriented and maintain a friendly and helpful relationship.
In your function, you take on an important interface to the internal areas of social concept, GWG, payment risk & fraud and gaming security. They interact and communicate regularly with the Second Level Support of our partners. The Customer Support department is available to our customers daily between 08:00 and 01:00.
It is important to us to give our players an unforgettable experience in online gaming. In addition to reviewing a variety of data, monitoring social media, and building long‑term relationships with players, you’ll also help those in charge to introduce new team members.
Your qualificationsThe team in the online casino will be rebuilt. As an employer, we will provide you with the necessary specialist knowledge. Preferably you bring experience in the service sector and in the casino industry. You are an outgoing, team‑able personality and you are used to thinking logically and process‑oriented. With a good understanding, high resilience and with your communicative skill, you can master delicate situations confidently.
Enjoyment of dealing with people and the desire to put the customer at the center are important prerequisites for this position. French is your native language and you are fluent in the German and English languages. Other foreign languages are an advantage.
The market for online casinos in Switzerland will be regulated from this year. Only casinos based in Switzerland can apply for online concessions issued by the government. The Grand Casino Lucerne (GCL) has applied for the online concession. GCL cooperates with an international operator and platform provider with many years of experience in the online gaming business.
