As a Blue Man Group Showroom Gatekeeper at Luxor, you’ll play a vital role in creating an unforgettable experience for every guest, from the moment they enter the theater to the time they leave. Gatekeepers are key in setting the tone for the high-energy, one-of-a-kind atmosphere that defines Blue Man Group. We’re looking for enthusiastic, guest-focused individuals who can welcome guests with a smile, anticipate their needs, and go above and beyond to ensure they leave saying "WOW," carrying memories of this extraordinary performance long after the curtain falls.

$21.9963 / Per Hour

• Scan and review tickets to verify guest entry and escort guests to their seats
• Assist in the performance by accurately executing production cues, managing props, escorting audience participants during the show, and preparing the venue for transitions between performances
• Collaborate with fellow “Gatekeepers” and performers in a constructive, non-competitive way to enhance the entertainment experience for guests
• Meet customer expectations while upholding the aesthetic environment, delivering exceptional service, and ensuring theater safety
• Stay informed about all on-site restaurants, services, shows, events, and amenities

• Show Hours of Operation:
  • Monday - Sunday: 4:00 PM – 10:00 PM
  • (May work before/after these times for opening and closing procedures)

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
• One (1) year of front of house / usher experience in a theatrical environment preferred
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
