Senior Staff Accountant

As a Senior Staff Accountant, you’ll be part of a high-performing team that keeps our financial operations running smoothly and accurately. You’ll take ownership of advanced accounting responsibilities including financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, treasury management, and compliance. This role partners closely with the Director of Accounting and plays a key part in ensuring our continued financial integrity as we grow.

• Prepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements in compliance with GAAP
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close activities
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, providing insights to support business planning
• Oversee treasury functions including cash flow, debt, and bank reconciliations
• Support audits, tax compliance, and technical accounting research
• Recommend and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and strengthen internal controls
• Provide guidance to team members and collaborate across departments to support accurate, timely reporting
• Oversee inter-company transactions across multiple entities

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
• 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong working knowledge of GAAP and ERP systems
• Experience in budgeting, treasury, tax, or fixed asset accounting a plus
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical ability
• Clear communicator with excellent attention to detail and follow-through
• Collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem solving
