• Projects & others
• Member of implementation of various payroll projects. New Joiners Payroll Induction.
• Payroll SAP Development testing, Reconciliation of various GLs and other mandatory payroll compliance.
• Prepare monthly / quarterly Payroll MIS & Analysis & Maintaining Grade wise CTC reports on monthly basis.
• Payroll & Compliance Management
• Well-versed with end-to-end India payroll – LRP/ Group Companies. Timely disbursement of Salaries.
• Reimbursements - ensure timely payment as per employee eligibility.
• Input Validation, Payroll Variance checks, Payroll Logical & Compliance checks.
• Payroll Authorization & Salary slips release. Employee query resolutions.
• Computation of Compliance Dues & Timely Payments.
• Monthly/Quarterly/Annual Return Filling of Compliance.
• Liaising with appropriate authorities under the various Act. Form 16 generation and finalization.
• Full & Final Settlement
• Timely & Accurate processing of Full & Final settlement. Timely disbursement of Payment of final settlement.
• Settlement of Retrial Benefits such as Gratuity, Superannuation, Provident Fund for eligible employees.
• Payroll Accounting, Reconciliation & Audit
• Generation, validation & posting of Payroll JV in Finance module. Payroll reconciliation with books of accounts.
• Recoverable reports preparation for debit note & Invoicing. Coordination for internal, external & Tax Audit.
