In the Group Functions, we support the market‑oriented divisions with central services and collaborate closely with customers and other teams to build solutions for tomorrow.

• Management of accounting and reporting for Comet AG and Comet Holding AG in accordance with IFRS and OR, including timely financial statements.
• Management and development of the accounting team (6 people), including supervision of day‑to‑day business and continuous process improvements.
• Close cooperation with management and global finance teams to ensure sound decisions and financial stability.
• Monitoring working capital and preparing cash‑flow forecasts in collaboration with Group Treasury.
• Coordinating audit, tax, and compliance issues and ensuring strong internal controls in compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, controlling or accounting with further training as an expert in accounting and controlling or similar.
• 5+ years of professional experience with a focus on accounting and reporting, including financial statement preparation.
• In‑depth knowledge of IFRS and Swiss code of obligations.
• Fluent German and English skills as well as a strong analytical and hands‑on approach to work.
