• Process and track employee advances and reimbursements efficiently and accurately.
• Manage and reconcile petty cash transactions.
• Monitor and analyse expenses to ensure they align with budgetary guidelines.
• Conduct regular monitoring of bank accounts, including reconciliations and identifying discrepancies.
• Prepare and maintain detailed financial records related to advances, expenses, petty cash, and bank activities.
• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Assist in financial reporting and analysis as needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to financial transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• 4+ years of experience in an Accounting.
